Concept of communication in Stanislavsky acting theory
Abstract
During last decades humanities have made a real breakthrough in research of interpersonal communication that resulted in new basis for reconsidering Stanislavsky’s ideas that concern theatre communication. According to Stanislavsky the art of acting is based on specifi c mode of stage being of the actor and of the role created. Artistic reality of actors’ existence may come to life in the process of real creative communication of the actors between themselves and with the audience. The author of this paper believes that based on contemporary interpretation of Stanislavsky’s ideas we can separate communication of other components of acting and we can discover constituent, integrating and creative functions of acting communication.
