Проекты архитектурного бюро СОМ для Объединенных Арабских Эмиратов
Аннотация
Статья является продолжением исследования, посвященного феномену малоизученного современного архитектурного строительства в ОАЭ, на примере двух наиболее прогрессивных эмиратов Абу Даби и Дубая, на рубеже XX–XXI веков. Анализируется творчество известного архитектурного бюро СОМ, на материале определенного круга проектов и работ для Объединенных Арабских Эмиратов во временном срезе начала XXI века. Рассматриваются особенности творческого почерка СОМ, их вклад в формирование градостроительного облика Дубая и Абу Даби с учетом местных традиций и их интеграции в современные архитектурные проекты. Определяется значимость работ бюро СОМ для ОАЭ и их место в контексте мировой архитектуры.
