Theater posters by Uwe Loesch (on the history of modern graphic design in Germany)
Abstract
The article is devoted to one of the leading German graphic designers of our time — Uwe Loesch. The author considers the key factors in perception of contemporary poster art, and especially postmodern visual communication in general, among them are the problem of corporeality, intertextuality, postmodern irony, kitsch, symbolic exchange and the phenomenon of “media transformation”.
