Stage-by-stage requirements to a course “Practical bases of acting” (E. R. Ganelin’s preface and comments)
Abstract
Article is devoted to one of the most burning issues of modern theatrical and pedagogical science — to system approach in methodology of training in acting. The publication in full “Stage-by-stage requirements” made by V. V. Petrov and comments to them aims to systematize and generalize experience of theoretical and practical searches of the Leningrad — St.Petersburg drama school of the second half of XX — began XXI с. It is not so much a question of creatiing a universal technique in training of the actor, and of system approach to the organization of educational process, inclusion of elements of training in it the most different drama schools presented by names of M. Chekhov, Vs. E. Meyerhold, B. Brecht, E. Vakhtangov and others. Their organic connection with development of a method of K. Stanislavsky in a uniform technique — the important task considerably expanding possibilities of the Russian theatrical pedagogies. Comments aim to give practical advice on the use of various exercise grups applied today by theatrical teachers in their practical activities.
